I did an hour and 12 mins and burned 798 cals.
Well, really, I did an hour and burned 700 cals. Those last 12 mins were me standing and talking to the guy at the desk to line up my daughter for the sitter for the next 2 days.
All in all, I will take the 798 cals burned! Hey, I was still at the gym...it counts, right? My goal is to work up to 1400-1500 burned a day. (over what I normally burn). Not too shabby. I know that it will get harder to keep burning this amount once I start losing, so for the present moment, I am OWNING it. I am glad I got up and did this.
